Each Roam Express e-TAG is linked to an Roam Express e-TAG Account. Into this account you deposit pre-paid tolls. To deposit into your account you can link your account to either your Bank Account or Credit Card which is then debited automatically, by the agreed Top Up Amount, each time your account balance reaches the Account Balance Top Up Threshold. Alternatively you can select the Cash payment option. With this method you must make arrangements to pay into your account to ensure that your account balance never drops below zero. You can check your account balance at any time by calling the Roam Express e-TAG Customer Service Centre at any time on 13 76 26 or by visiting our web site at www.roamexpress.com.au . You may pay your Roam Express e-TAG account with cash, EFTPOS, cheque or credit card at the M2 Administration building at North Ryde during normal business hours or by credit card at any time via our web site or by calling 13 ROAM (13 76 26).

- How many Tags can I have on the one account?
There is no limit to the number of tags on one account as long as the deposit or rental is paid for each tag issued to the account.

- Do I need to inform you of changes to my Credit Card, Bank Account or Address Details?
Yes. If any of the information you have supplied on this application form changes you must inform us as soon as possible. If you don't, your Roam Express e-TAG Account may be deactivated which could result in toll violations being issued.

- What happens if you can't access funds from my Credit Card or Bank Account for a Top Up?
In the event we are unable to access your credit card or bank account to Top Up your account we will endeavour to contact you to resolve the problem. However if the problem remains unresolved and your account balance drops below zero then your Roam Express e-TAG will be deactivated. For each Top Up request declined by your bank, your account will be debited with a Declined Top Up Administration Fee.

- Why do I need to give you my vehicle registration numbers?
If your tag fails to operate for any reason then a photograph will be taken of your vehicle. If we have your registration details we can then make sure your Roam Express e-TAG Account is correctly charged for that trip without having to issue you a toll violation notice.

- Should I rent a Tag or pay the up front Security Deposit?
This is your choice. Some people prefer not to have to outlay a Tag Deposit for each tag as cash up front, they find a small monthly rental fee is more agreeable.

- What should I do if I have a complaint?
If you have a complaint about our services please contact us. Problem resolution is important to us and we have a complaint resolution procedure that aims to deal with complaints quickly and fairly.

- How do I close my Roam Express e-TAG Account?
You may close your Roam Express e-TAG Account at any time by completing the Account Close Request Form and returning the Roam Express e-TAG(s) and the completed form to our Roam Express e-TAG Sales office. Our mailing address is PO Box 1557, Macquarie Centre NSW 2113. When an Roam Express e-TAG Account is closed we will refund the Roam Express e-TAG Account credit balance after accounting for all accrued tolls and other charges. We will also refund the security deposit(s) for Roam Express e-TAG(s) returned to us in good condition.
