Tolling Customer Ombudsman
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint you have raised with Roam Express you can contact the Tolling Customer Ombudsman.
The Ombudsman:
provides an independent dispute resolution service, at no cost to you
works with you and Roam Express to investigate your complaint
proposes a way to resolve the complaint
The Ombudsman cannot handle matters that:
have not already been raised with our Customer Care Group and Customer Resolutions.
are related to any infringement notices issued by Authorities
arose before 1 August, 2006
