Fees to apply on more Sydney toll roads

The No Tag Fee and Toll Notice Fee will, from 1 January 2012, apply on:

These fees only apply when using the toll roads without carrying an e-TAG, without an e-TAG correctly mounted, or if your account has insufficient funds at the time of travel.

Hills M2 and ED Cashless from 30 January
Cashless tolling will commence on the Hills M2 and Eastern Distributor on 30 January 2012. These changes will give commuters returning to work a simpler, easier and safer trip. Read more here.

Hills M2 October Long Weekend Construction Work

From 7pm Saturday 1 October to 5am Tuesday 4 October major work is taking place on the Hills M2 Motorway. Some motorway on-ramps will be closed from 10am to 5pm on Sunday 2 October. Click here for details.

North Ryde customer centre now closed

The Roam Express customer service centre at North Ryde has now closed.

To manage your Roam Express account simply log in anytime , or call 13 76 26 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.

CSA change from 15 July 2011

The Roam Express Customer Service Agreement has been changed. Clause 19. ‘Definitions’ has been updated to remove reference to the Customer Centre. Clause 20. ‘Amounts, Fees and Charges’ has been updated to remove reference to picking up e-TAGs from the Customer Centre.

New fees from 1 November 2010

The Roam Express customer service agreement for the e-TAG account has changed. It's important to note new fees have been introduced for travel without an e-TAG, travelling whilst your account is suspended and for travel without listing a number plate on your account.
