Problems Logging On & Signing Up

Windows XP SP2
When using Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed, you may not be able to see the Expresstag login screen.
To fix this;
open the control panel
Then open security center
Then open Internet options
Click on the privacy tab
Select the "settings" button - to the right of "block pop-ups"
Change the filter level to medium
Click close and then OK
If you still have problems you may have other popup blockers running, in which case these need to be disabled

Safari
If possible use Safari 2.0.3 build(4178)
Safari Help (Webpages aren't working)
If features of webpages don't seem to work, you may have turned off the use of plug-ins, Java, or JavaScript, or you may have set Safari to block pop-up windows.
Choose Preferences from the Safari menu and click Security.
Make sure that the checkboxes to use plug-ins, Java, and JavaScript are selected and that the "Block pop-up windows" checkbox is not selected.
If your Security preferences are set this way and the page doesn't work, choose Report Bugs to Apple from the Safari menu to report the problem.
If you open webpages that you trust, then allowing pages to use plug-ins, Java, and JavaScript will not risk the security of your computer.
