Make a quick credit card payment for travel on Hills M2, Eastern Distributor, Lane Cove Tunnel, Military Road e-Ramps and Cross City Tunnel. Simply refer to the top of your toll notice for the toll notice number.

If you can’t find your toll notice number or don’t have it handy, you can search for unpaid toll notices using your licence plate number.

Want to save on fees?

Open an e-TAG account and use it to pay up to 20 outstanding toll notices. Instead of the toll notice admin fee of $10 (for a first notice) or $20 (for a final notice), you'll pay just $1.10 or $2.20.

    If you've travelled on a Sydney toll road without a valid tolling account or pass, you may inadvertently find yourself with a handful of toll notices to pay.

    If that's you, you can use an e-TAG account to pay your outstanding Sydney toll notices. You'll receive a discount on the admin fee when you transfer the toll notices to your account.

    The discount will vary depending on the toll road you've used.

    For Westlink M7 you'll pay an admin fee of $1.90 for a first notice or $2.90 for a follow-up notice.

    For all other Sydney toll roads you'll pay $1.10 for a first notice and $2.20 for a follow-up notice.

    Already have an e-TAG?

    1. Search for outstanding Toll Notices
    2. Ensure your account has enough funds to cover the cost of the tolls and transfer fee
    3. Select Charge these trips to my tag account and use your account number and e-TAG number to complete the form

    Don't have an e-TAG account?

    1. Open a Roam Express e-TAG account online
    2. Once you've received your e-TAG in the mail, search for outstanding toll notices
    3. Ensure your new account has enough funds to cover the cost of the tolls and transfer fee
    4. Select Charge these trips to my tag account and use your account number and e-TAG number to complete the request

     

    This offer is only available for toll notices less than 2 years old. This offer does not apply if your unpaid toll notices have already been referred to a debt collection agency, or if the total amount of tolls and admin fees you owe exceeds $250, and/or you have more than 10 unpaid toll notices owing against your licence plate number.

    If this happens, you can transfer the toll notice to the new owner.

    To do this, download and complete a statutory declaration form. You will need to provide the new owner's name, address and driver's licence number. This must be witnessed and signed by an 'authorised person' (a legal practitioner or a Justice of the Peace).

    You need a separate statutory declaration for each toll notice.

    If this happens, you can transfer the toll notice by nominating the person driving at the time.

    To do this, download and complete a statutory declaration form. You will need to provide the new owner's name, address and driver's licence number. This must be witnessed and signed by an 'authorised person' (a legal practitioner or a Justice of the Peace).

    You need a separate statutory declaration for each toll notice.

    If you believe your toll notice has been issued by mistake, you can lodge an objection. 

    To lodge an objection, contact us and provide the information listed below.

    You can email your objection using our contact form or provide details via post to:

    You must provide:

    1. a copy of the front of the toll notice or the following toll notice details:

    • the toll notice number listed on the payment slip
    • your licence plate number
    • the state or territory in which your vehicle is registered

    and

    2. details explaining the reason for the objection, signed by the lodger

    Ensure you lodge your objection as soon as possible to avoid additional fees incurred from the toll notice. To make sure we get your details in time, ensure you leave at least 7 days before the toll notice due date if posting.

    I can't find my toll notice using my licence plate number

    It can take 4 to 6 days for your toll notice to appear on our system. 

    If your toll notice doesn't appear using a licence plate number search and it has been more than 6 days since you travelled, contact our customer care team and we'll investigate the issue for you.
