A quick and easy way to pay for occasional travel

e-PASS for family trip

Buying a pass means less time getting from A to B and more time taking in the sights.

Let's say you're in town for a short holiday. You're only around for a few days, so you want to make the most of it by using Sydney's toll road network to save time. But it's a one-off trip, so you probably don’t want to commit to an e-TAG account. Getting a pass would be the way to go.

    How do I pay for a Visitor's e-PASS?

You'll need a credit card to buy a Visitor’s e-PASS. Any tolls and fees will be added to your pass. When your accrued tolls and fees reach $10 or more, we’ll deduct them from your credit card.

It can take up to 21 days to finalise your account after your pass expires. This payment will settle outstanding tolls and fees totalling less than $10.

Unfortunately, passes can only be bought with a credit card at this time.

Have you considered an e-TAG account?

Accounts are free to open and never expire. e-TAGs cost as little as $0.90 a month to rent.

  • What if my credit card payment fails?

What if my credit card payment fails?

We keep a tally of the tolls and fees you accumulate as you use your e-PASS. Once they reach $10 or more, we’ll deduct the amount from your credit card. If a credit card payment fails, we’ll contact you via email or SMS to resolve the problem.

Please be aware that we will charge you a $1 fee whenever a credit card payment request is declined.

If subsequent payment attempts fail, your pass will be suspended and you may be issued with a toll notice for each unpaid trip. If this has happened to you, give us a call and we'll help you sort it out.
