What if my credit card payment fails?
We keep a tally of the tolls and fees you accumulate as you use your e-PASS. Once they reach $10 or more, we’ll deduct the amount from your credit card. If a credit card payment fails, we’ll contact you via email or SMS to resolve the problem.
Please be aware that we will charge you a $1 fee whenever a credit card payment request is declined.
If subsequent payment attempts fail, your pass will be suspended and you may be issued with a toll notice for each unpaid trip. If this has happened to you, give us a call and we'll help you sort it out.
