Currently, if you're an e-TAG account customer you can log in using your account number and a 6-8 digit PIN. Visitor’s e-PASS holders can log in using your licence plate number, followed by a 4-digit PIN.
The new login process will require you to log in using a unique username and password.
Why the change?
This change will make account interactions easier and you'll be able to better self-serve with a 'find my username' function and simpler password resets so you won't need to call if you're locked out of your account.
Further, we want to improve your overall online experience with exciting new account management features and digital products in the pipeline, however in order to deliver these, this once-off process has to happen.
How do I create my new username and password?
To create your new username, you'll need your Roam Express account number or email address and your PIN. When you have these ready, visit the create username page and we'll guide you through a few easy steps. If you've forgotten your PIN, reset it now to complete the process.
You can choose any username, as long as it is at least 3 characters long and has not been selected by another user. If your preferred username is unavailable, you'll be prompted to choose again.
At the end of the process, you'll be logged into your account. We'll also send you an email confirming your new username.
I have a commercial account, does this affect me?
Yes. From 5 June 2016, you'll need to create a unique username and password before you can log into your account. If you are an authorised user and key contact on multiple Roam Express commercial accounts, your new username will still enable you to access these accounts from a single login.
